You need people recruiting for you that can sell your opportunity, both hospital and location, while at the same time qualifying the right candidates. A detailed profile of the opportunity is what attracts candidates. It should have all the pertinent information needed to identify the right candidates. The more we know about the search the better we can present your opportunity to the best candidates. - Your search is time sensitive
Urgency should drive your search. Anything that takes time such as waiting for calls, interviews, contracts and revisions, makes it more likely that you will lose your prize candidate. Physicians get hundreds of emails, texts and calls every week with new opportunities.
